This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from BLESSING (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, BLESSING will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
BLESSING will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
For the CHEERBLE product
Spare parts or replacement products will be shipped to you with your next order.
For the PETKIT product
After confirming the need to replace the product or the parts of the product, we will deliver the goods to you, and the freight will be borne by you.
For the OEM/ODM/OPM PRODUCT
Spare parts or replacement products will be shipped to you with your next order.
Notice:If it is only a sample order without the next order, we are not responsible for after-sales except PETKIT. OEM/ODM/OPM product are not support to be returned.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from BLESSING is 1 YEAR from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Note:We are only responsible for the factory obstacles. If it is caused by logistics, please negotiate with the logistics company.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us. Describe the problem of the product and take several clear photos (it is required to clearly show the problem of the product). If it is a problem of intelligent products, it is required to take a video (record a video of not less than 1 minute, the video is required to clearly show the problem of the product).
